An initial consultation helps us to discover what your vision is for the big day and if we are the right fit for you. During the consultation, we will work with you to create a simple-to-follow reception timeline for you and your vendors. So many of our couples have told us that our planning session is a huge stress-reliever, and makes their journey so much more enjoyable. The initial planning meeting typically provides 1.5 – 2 hours of planning assistance—included at no additional cost.
We will assist in the creation an unforgettable wedding reception. This includes communication at your event with your other vendors including your venue facilitator, photographer and caterer, to make sure that everyone follows your reception timeline to your satisfaction.
Just the right music mix to set the mood, at just the right level so as not to interfere with conversation between you and your friends & family. All announcements from your Grand Entrance to the Toast Introductions, and from your First Dance to the Cake Cutting to your Grand Exit…all expertly timed, and concisely presented by a professional Host & Master of Ceremonies, who will help you shine brighter in the spotlight, rather than stealing it from you. Professional, wireless microphones are provided for you and your presenters allowing for toasts at the ideal location of your choice.

A ceremony is one of the most important elements of the day and needs to be expertly produced. We provide a 2-speaker sound system—discreetly placed to the sides of the bridal party, so as not to interfere with the elegance of the ceremony and more importantly, so the sound is heard from it actually originates–not unnaturally from behind your guests.To make sure everyone can actually HEAR what is being presented, we provide not one, but TWO, wireless lapel mic’s for the officiant. One to make sure that everyone can hear and a second as a backup in case of unanticipated interference (wireless is similar to cellular service and you can never be too careful!). If you are sharing your own custom vows or have a guest presenter (or both), we also can provide an additional hand-held wireless mic for the officiant to hold and provide for the reading–at no additional charge. And, finally, we will assist with the ceremony processional for the smooth arrival of the bridal party to the altar. One less BIG thing to worry about.
Entertainment Service rates vary based upon season, day of the week & location, and range from $1095-$1695.
We also offer GREAT discounts for off-season, “short notice” and midweek events.
Our wedding planning services encompass all aspects of creating your dream wedding day from determining your budget, to finding the best venue for you, menu planning, and assembling the perfect vendor team to bring it all together. This is where experience counts. We’ve been to just about every venue and worked with just about every vendor, and can offer suggestions that best suit your needs and budget. We will attend vendor meetings with you and assist in contract negotiations. We can even assist with the selection of the perfect dress to enhance a bride’s beauty and bridal party attire that best suits your wedding vision.The experience, guidance and assistance you need to help you build your dream team (and on your targeted budget) to help make your special day everything you’ve always dreamed of, and your journey to get there a pleasant one.
A better way to describe our “Month Of” Wedding Coordination is to call it Professional Wedding Management. At this point in the process, you will have already have chosen all of your vendors and are looking for someone to handle the details in the final weeks and be by your side on your wedding day to insure that all of your needs are met and that your vision for the most important day of your life becomes a reality.Whether you already have a timeline for your event or we work with you to create that, we will ensure that the timeline is distributed to all of your vendors, and confirm with each of them so that they are aware of their exact role on your day. We will also check in with each vendor to confirm that contracts have been signed, deposits have been paid, and determine the amount of any balances due. We will also make a second confirmation call to all vendors the week of your wedding. Finally, in the weeks prior to your wedding day, we will collect from you final payments and gratuities, and distribute them for you on your wedding day, so that you and your families do not have to worry about these details on your big day.On the big day, we provide 5 hours with you prior to the wedding to assist with everything from making sure hair & makeup begin as scheduled, your wedding party are all where they need to be, keeping your wedding party & family organized for photos…that helping hand you’ll need to get all those little things taken care of. We are right by your side during the ceremony providing from whatever you to keeping things organized to cueing your bridal party down the aisle. Right there for you every step of the way.During the reception, we’ll keep everything flowing organically for a smooth event. We’ve got you covered with all of your formalities such as your grand entrance, toasts, the cake cutting, the bouquet toss and garter toss, and any other special events of your choosing. You and your family relax and enjoy the day…we’ll take care of the rest.A ceremony walk through on your wedding day is included in the Basic Month of Coordination package.

We then edit your special moments into your first dance song combining your story and your song to create a truly unique experience to share your tale of romance with those you love for an absolutely unforgettable first dance.Following the wedding, we’ll set your favorite photos of your wedding day to your Fairytale First Dance and provide you a timeless DVD slide show to cherish forever, and share with family and friends.The perfect keepsake of the perfect day!
We will produce a 3 – 5 minute video slideshow complete with your digital images, set to music and including your personal narration. A dedication to your parents, an opportunity to share your story of love, or a chance to provide someone special the recognition they deserve, this slideshow will be presented on a High Definition LCD projector onto a 7’ screen at your reception. Following your special day, a digital file of your slideshow will be provided to you.
